Don’t sweat it if you are new to exercise or unfamiliar with our style of training. Our coaches will scale things back appropriately, teach you how to move safely, and challenge you to get the most out of your workout.

WORKING OUT WITH AN INJURY OR LIMITATION?

We pride ourselves on providing lots of individual attention and movement modifications to meet your needs. You can still improve your health and fitness while working around an injury or limitation in a safe and effective way. 
 

BEFORE YOUR FIRST CLASS

Be sure to book your class in advance, and arrive at least 10 minutes early prior to the start of class time. We will check you in, show you around our facility, and introduce you to the coach who will be leading your class.

WHEN CLASS BEGINS

We kick things off by reviewing the workout and answering any questions. Your coach will then lead you through a full body warm up to get you primed and ready. Next, we will teach you and review all of the movements in the workout to ensure you are moving safely and have selected the appropriate weights. Then, we start the workout! It’s your time to work hard, relieve some stress, and get fit! We finish off class with a cool down and stretch. Leave the gym feeling empowered and accomplished. RINSE & REPEAT 🙂
