We kick things off by reviewing the workout and answering any questions. Your coach will then lead you through a full body warm up to get you primed and ready. Next, we will teach you and review all of the movements in the workout to ensure you are moving safely and have selected the appropriate weights. Then, we start the workout! It’s your time to work hard, relieve some stress, and get fit! We finish off class with a cool down and stretch. Leave the gym feeling empowered and accomplished. RINSE & REPEAT 🙂
