Class Cancellation Policy

You can change or cancel an existing reservation up to 8 hours prior to the start of the class. If you cancel with less than 8 hours prior to the start of class, it’s considered a Late Cancel. If you late cancel and are on a class pack, you will forfeit your class credit. If you are enrolled in the unlimited membership, there is a cancellation fee of $15 per incident for any late cancellation or no-show only for classes that at any point reach full capacity.

Waitlist

If you are unable to book a class because the class is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you will be email notified and added to the class. If you’re added to the waitlist and fail to remove yourself within 2 hours of the start of class, it will result in a $15 charge. If you have a class pack and fail to remove yourself within 2 hours of the start of class, you will forfeit your class credit.

Arriving For Class

Arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts. If you are not present at the start time of class, your spot will be given away to another member off the standby/waiting list.

Membership Cancellation

Membership cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected] at least 2-days prior to your membership renewal date. Verbal notices are not acceptable and the request must be sent through email.

Refunds

All sales are final and we do not issue refunds.

MINDBODY APP INSTRUCTIONS

Download the Mindbody app by clicking the link. Once you have downloaded the app and created an account, search Immortal Fitness and add us to your favorites. Mindbody will send you a verification email. Be sure to open the email and verify your address.

SugarWOD APP INSTRUCTIONS

Download the SugarWOD app by clicking the link. Once you have downloaded the app and created an account, search Immortal Fitness and set us as your “home gym”. You’ll be able to view all of our weekly programming for all of our programs.
