Doing an Ironman 70.3, Marathons, 7:30 2k Row, and a 7:00 mile - all while being able to squat 200# and deadlift 250# represents a blend of endurance and strength that I'm really proud of. I push myself to be physically versatile and appreciate the potential of what the human body can do when guided by informed and strategic training.

Growing up, my life revolved around sports and physical activity. I played a range of sports, each of which taught me invaluable lessons about discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. I had injuries and setbacks along the way, which were all catalysts for both my personal and professional growth. Through my rehabilitation, I gained firsthand experience in the power of targeted physical therapy, which fueled my decision to become a physical therapist. I learned the importance of strength training to recovery, prevention, and performance - and also that strength encompasses not just physical prowess, but mental resilience and adaptability. I knew that, professionally, I wanted to bridge the gap between recovery and performance, guiding others not only back to health but towards achieving their fullest potential. Now, as a physical therapist, strength coach, and personal trainer, I'm able to take a multifaceted approach to help clients and patients achieve their goals.
As a physical therapist, my purpose is to enhance the quality of life for my patients by helping them restore mobility, reduce pain, gain strength, and prevent injury - as a coach, my purpose is just the same. Coaching allows me to better integrate the transition between rehabilitation and performance. My purpose is to help individuals not only recover from injuries but also achieve optimal physical function and peak performance in all activities - sports, work, and daily life.
